The hotel is not far from the city centre, a five-minute walk to the sea. Next to the hotel there is “Lermontovsky” sanatorium complex with a large green area.

300 metres from the hotel there is a place of interest – Musical Comedy Theatre.

There are 33 comfortable rooms in the hotel: 24 standard rooms and 9 double premium rooms. There are 6 single standard rooms. Each room is equipped with an air-conditioner, a telephone, cable television, a hair-dryer, bathroom accessories. The rooms for non-smokers are available.

Premium rooms are equipped with mini-bars, dressing gowns and slippers. The cost includes taxes and breakfast. Children under 6 are provided with free accommodation without allowing a separate place.
